It really depends on what you want it to do.
A good moveset (serebii.com's suggestion)
Rock Slide Earthquake Dragon Dance Substitute
Really really good overused physical sweeper. If you care about EV's put it in : 44 HP / 252 Atk / 44 Def / 168 Spd
basically: Substitute, dragon dance once or twice, then either rock slide (better crit ration) or earthquake (more damage) |

they don't work. You get the attack bonus because of type matchups and things but you don't get STAB, and it seriously puts you at a disadvantage. |

Not really, a STAB works on all Pokemon, while super-effective hits work on certain types. |

Not really, a STAB works on all Pokemon, while super-effective hits work on certain types. |
But with several different types of moves, you can get super effective hits on a wider range which is way more useful than STAB. If you're facing a Pokemon of a type you can't get super effective against, switch out to one that can. If you balance out your team's type moves, chances are you'll have a Pokemon for almost every situation. |
