Black's parents and brother died in the conflicts of the Guild Wars in Ascalon. His only remaining family are his wife Ramona and three daughters - Iris, Violet, and Rogue.
No family.

Vaati's family is dead.
Father: Squashed by a human's foot.
Mother: Drowned in an attempt to save Vaati from what Minish see as a flood.
Metal does not really have a family but has brothers which can be considered his family.
It has yet to be known if Silver actually has a family since he never talks about have any.
The same goes for Toxic. |

Mary has her dad, the person trying to re-unite team rocket in G/S/C. Her mom died in childbirth.
