So in my English class today, we had to write whatever was on our mind. Anything, we had to let it all out. We have to write EVERYTHING that comes to my mind.
As for me, I wrote everything that I was depressed about. (See last blog post) and I also wrote how much I hate school, even though I'm doing pretty good this quarter, I hate my school with passion.
After I wrote everything I had on my mind, letting it all out...I somehow felt better...I felt like my problems are going away slowly...my depression slowly drifted away from my mind...and my issue from my last blog post...is gone (okay its still there slightly but its not as bad as it was before)

Have you guys ever tried something like this? Like letting it all out? Whether it is on a writing journal or telling your problems to a close friend? And suddenly you feel better? Its like magic...

Yes, it doesn't work all the time, unless you actually talk to someone about it irl.

LOL I admit I'm afraid to tell ANYONE about my problems, unless they are extremely close to me. And there are only like 2 people in the whole world I'm close with. ..maybe a few more counting online too...
I won't even tell my parents my problems.

Sometimes that has helped me, though not as drastically.

How... is that a "weird" way? It's actually pretty normal an what a lot of people use.

Why do you think blogs exist in the first place? Diaries and all... It all helps to let it out.
