I've seen topics about everything else in the world, and I've been thinking, anybody still play any of the Mario Party games?

I stopped playing after 3. Though 7 was pretty decent... My opinions:
1- The original and had the most boards, and all of them were fun. No crap boards, but ALL of them were awesome in their own ways. I loved the idea of a board for each character. Mini games were a lot of fun too.
2- Was okay. I liked the costumes.
3- The best and the one I enjoyed the most. Duel was alright. I actually liked the story and this one was one game that took a break from Bowser and focused on something else. One of the best Mario Party ever. A true classic.
4- If only the boards weren't crappy...
5- Never played it, although the soundtrack seems amazing...
6- The only one I currently own. The mini games went down (Its been going down since three...) and fewer boards and most of the boards were crap. Solo mode was retarded and the story was one of the worst ever. Do I need to go into the final board...? The Endurance Alley was something to keep you busy though...looking on the plus side...
7- The idea of country related boards was kinda clever. At least the storyline is better than MP6.
8- All the boards were complete crap, the storyline was crap, the single player mode was crap, not to mention the mini games. Only 1/4 of the mini games made use of the Wii remote. Crappiest MP ever. And the list goes on. (MC Ballyehoo or whatever his name was is a fag)
Gameboy- shit, 'nuff said.
DS- Never played it, though I heard its better than the GBA one.

I hope they stop making MP and start on something new.

I occasionally play MP 2 and 3 with my younger brother, though we generally just play the minigames, since I find board games boring...

We used to have MP 7, which was pretty fun with a bunch of friends, but my cousin stole it. Good memories with that game.

I've played almost all of them, with just a few exceptions. Mario Party 3 was, and will forever be the best. I loved the various mini-games, extras, and the duel mode. It really stood out to me.

Also was a notable inclusion of 5, if I'm correct. I somewhat liked Super Duel Mode and the three extra games, such as Card Party and Volleyball.

I've played all of the games, but I only own 2, 5, 6, 8, and DS. Personally, though, my favorite by far was MP3, MP2 in second place, then MP5 and MPDS tied for third. I still play the DS version regularly at the bus stop, and I play MP2 with my little brother every once in a while.

Like mostly all of them except the wii version. One of the big reasons for my love of MP is Toadette~.

Why?

the items were found on the board randomly instead of bought on the board
you bought the items in a shop for them to be on the board.
You could buy a board in said shop.
after you got 100 stars all together...bowser stole all of the boards and you had to play his own at least once.

I own all of them except GBA and DS. I still play most of them regularly, and I have to say, MP8 could've been a little better. The best ones have to have been the first three, and MP6.

The best one was 3, it went downhill after that... I did enjoy 5 and 6, though
