My parents took us out for dinner (Sushi, yes) on a tuesday night for apparently no reason until we managed to worm out something, which is the fact that he got promoted. Yaaay.

First time ever eating sushi OUT, since we usually make it at home. Smoked salmon sushi was probably the best thing I've had in months.

We also had a tempura plate, which involves deep-fried cucumber and carrots.

And for dessert, I had a deep-fried tempura banana with ice cream.

Singapore has a dish that's a deep-fried banana. I love that thing. I haven't had one for three years. When I lived there, I used to get one or two every Saturday, after swimming. Ah, how I miss the old days.

Smoked Salmon is usually gross for me. D: I like the sweet, (mango and apple rolls) crunchy, (mango, apple, and ebi ebi. NO I DO NOT ENJOY SPIDER ROLLS. ;-;) and the delicious. ( Chicken Teriyaki, dynamite, BC, and all of ones previously mentioned and more. )

I HATE ROLLS WITH FISH EGGS IN IT. THEY MAKE ME BARF. Last time I went, which was friday, we got a chopped scallop roll, and it would have been perfect had it not been covered in nasty little orange eggs. I HATE EGGS. They stay in your mouth, and you bite down, and they pop, and there's now this gross liquid in your mouth and it's just not pleasant. :(

Deep-fried Bananas are the best thing ever. Expecially with Vanilla Ice-Cream.
