Yes, and the usual scapegoats / suspects violent video games (y halo that Counter-Strike [which ironically is quite censored in germany]) and horror movies are here along with newcomer psychatric past to join up in either explaining or messing up.
I may or may not play TF2 today, and if I do I will feel horrible, even though I can deal with the content.
*samaritan syndrome*
Also, he shot mostly females, aparently announced it in a chatroom (ending with a sentence roughly translated meaning "To the police: Just trolling lol") and aparently thought that his life was completely meaningless.

Anyway yeah, i saw that on cnn.com 2 days ago, and was like WTF lot of shootings lately. And yes Video games are usually a scape goat for these things. Because people dont realize its their own fault its happening. |

I understood about a good half of that passage, with the exception of 75% of all the nouns, which kinda defeats the purpose.
Anyways, this is kinda crazy, really. And you know what I hate even more? People that blame this sort of deals on video games. That really ticks me off, since they usually think that all games are mindless shooters. |

Wow. That stuff is really sad. Those kind of people are just insane, got really messed up as a kid, or just have something very wrong with them. I don't understand why people shoot other people. They don't gain anything. Just lose. |

The story says specifically and has been stated by nigh-on every source ever, that he had no apparent grudges, motives, or reasons. He was apparently mentally healthy, but obviously not.
This is horrible.What would drive somebody to do this? |

Ah, here we go again.
People mass-murder because school is number one when it comes to causing trouble, and someone HAS to be the one to take the punch whenever shit happens.
I hate it when people go on the media acting like they understand. Do these people who blame the videogames have any idea of how school life can get? Do they even know anything at all about videogames? Sadly, those idiots are beyond solution because they are incredibly self-righteous and all the other suckers agree with them.
And don't even get me started on the fact armies have killed hundreds of people, but we only care about some school kid who killed 17 people. Come on, the number of victim takes an increase of at least six times from one case to other. |
