I signed up for Track and Field today. I'm in the 100 and 400 meter dash. ( I don't know what you Americans would call that though... ) |

well, you 'canadians' have it the same as us... 'americans'.
Also nice. I also do the 100, 400 meter dash. I'm more of a short-distance runner. I'm assuming you are too. |

My advice is to imagine that there is a pedo bear behind you, ready with lube.
That's what helped me run quite a distance. |

My sister's the captain of the track and field team at my school. :D
Although, I can run faster than her... but not for too long.
Actually, for someone as large as me, I can run pretty fast. D: |

Also I have zero endurance so yeah I love sprinting a lot more. |

I used to be on the track and field team a few years ago.
100 meter dash in eleven seconds flat was my record when I quit.
Can't remember what my 400 meter record was. x_x ♡ |

When I was in middle school I couldn't sprint for shit.
Now I think I could possibly do okay on track, but I'm not gonna bother cause I'm lazy. |
