we can assume then that, A: He doesn't give a shit, or B: He's to lazy to even get on to check the feedback forum, in which case, it's essentially as if we HAVE NO ADMINISTRATOR, on account he DOES NOTHING.
Ponder this, and then have a revolt, cause that always seems to get things done for some reason. |

WHAT ADMIN-MAN NEEDS:
BOLD=IMPORTANT
1. Can post new announcements.
2. Can open/close/create forums.
3. Can sticky topics, not just their own.
4. Can create money and items.
5. Can edit/restock the main shops.
6. Can get shit done in the courts.
7. Can edit other's posts. (Can mods do this? I forget.)
8. Still has general mod clean-up/sharpening-round-edges powers, perhaps a bit more? |

This. Administrators really have way more power than you guys think, if you're all telling Francis to make another one. You never really can trust someone you met on the internet, especially with your website. Admins can basically tear this place down and build it back up again however they want and then make it a giant shit-hole that we all have to live in or leave. Nobody wants that. Especially if you're looking from Francis's point of view and have to build it all back up again. Unless, of course, he's using dreamweaver and can simply re-upload it. But it would be annoying and probably would delete everyone's posts.
If you want something like as described in two posts above this, stop calling it admin.

Which, if you don't *crag* trust anyone here at least that much, says more about you as a person than you might think.
In the end, it is Francis's site.
If he doesn't want a new admin, I don't give a *crag*.
The site is just going to go down hill from here if nothing is done, and I'd be happy to simply move to another, or just making another, site.
If he does want a new admin though to pick up some of the duties he can no longer attend to, I don't care who the *crag* it is as long as they do their job. |

Mod powers in general have plenty of abuse potential and the only way to really solve that is to not give anybody mod powers, which isn't a good idea.
Just because it can be abused doesn't mean it will. That's why admins of forums give modship to trustworthy people. ФֻФ |

Okay, someone who gives a damn please explain to Francis in a calm and collected manner why we think that a super-moderater / admin is necessary, and why it is unsatisfactory at the moment that and how Francis performs these duties next to whipping the codemonkeys to dig for epic ore and program Nerr 2.0 (They've unionized, so he needs more whips.)
I mean, we can't except him to spend all his time on us. Even the King of Nerrs probably has a babe somewhere. Or a cat. Or a job. :/ |
