By that logic, though, games like Super Mario Galaxy and SSB: Brawl should have a DS port for those who don't have a Wii.
It's good that they want to expand the franchise, but I think it would've been smarter(though impossible, given Microsoft's strict policies on UCC.) to do a 360 version, which would expand both the franchise and fanbase.
Of course, it's an impossibility. I just really wish we could all get a really good multi-platform game that allows cross-platform multiplayer. Thinking about it now, though, the Cool Levels page would probably be filled with Anti-PS3/Wii/360 levels and worthless crap like that. *shudders* |

Because you can already do that in the original.
You can do many things in the original.
Which is why it wouldn't need a franchise. |
