There's a lot of stuff that goes down, and whenever I'm on, there's someone who does need to be jailed and I can't do anything about it. So in the end, the person gets away, people become hostile, one person leaves and it just ends up in a mess.
All the mods should have jail keys, and I don't know why Francis took mine away.

Hmmmm... I don't think that should happen.
Alot of mods have diffrent oppinons and thoughts of bannable offences, and I know some mods who will strike regardless of rules, so I think only certain mods who have proved themselfs worthy to be able to ban people.
I have had a streak with a mod striking me constantly for things that shouldn't be striked. |

Equally, those with a jail key can bring innocent offenders out of jail.
And, since Francis trusts all the current members of staff, again, equally to moderate the forum, why should he trust them differently but giving some jail keys? |

I am usually the only Mod on at a point in the afternoon, and there has been times where I really could use a Jail-Key.

That's why Court exists. If you don't think a strike is fair, then claim Not Guilty. Prison-Keys are only for serious and / or repeated offenses, and unfair jailings could be appealed through Jail. Francis should be able to trust the mods he picked out, anyways. There may be an instance of an unfair strike or two, but for the most part, Francis picked out the mods for reason, and he trusts them all. |

It is quite silly to believe that not every mod should have a tool for jailing. At times it is vital for a mod to do some jailing, yet no mod exists who can/will do the task at the present time.
This suggestion has earned my full support. |
