I used the squig/squog(whichever it is) trick and ofund out b4 i saw this site my first play through the game my first time just to get max level. but one problem is that it gets soooo boring while getting the points up high, and you have soo much room for messing up  |

I use the squog trick in 5-2.
5-2 is the way to get coins AND exp. |

Flip at the giant cliff-tower thing in 1-1 and flip at it. There should be a lot of squiglets there. Jump on them and shake the Wiimote like hell. |

one of my personal favorite ways to rack up points, though it's probably not *that* fast or effective, is to go a little ways into 8-4 where there's the multiple hallways full of koopatrols and soopa strikers, equip carrie, and just bounce 800-point shells off the wall over and over and over
it's sort of like jump-timing-practicing or whatever as well
I actually never even knew about the shellshock trick until reading this, allllll the 'fast score' tips I've seen anywhere are 'LOL GO TO 5-4 AND HOLD DOWN WITH BOWSER AT THE FLORO PIPE FOR LIKE 50 HOURS AND MAYBE YOU'LL HAVE GAINED HALF A LEVEL IF YOU'RE LUCKY'
