Oh, really?
what about her LV100 Glaceon with genetic modifications to have the strongest attacks from the other eeveelutions of their types?
You know, Water against Blaziken and fire AND dark against Jirachi? |

what about her LV100 Glaceon with genetic modifications to have the strongest attacks from the other eeveelutions of their types?
You know, Water against Blaziken and fire AND dark against Jirachi? |
If they're faster, it's a moot point as Blaziken can go for Sky Uppercut / Flare Blitz one-shot. And Glaceon does have much lower base speed. Jirachi also has higher base speed and Flash Cannon.

COULD HAVE. All you said was that was altered was attacks. And it would still have to have close to double it's speed to reach Jirachi's level, and increase by a nice margin to catch up to Blaziken. |
