It's a beautiful night: not too warm, not too cold, stars all a-twinkle and a gentle breeze rustling the grass. Spring has sprung, as they say; a few flowers poke their heads up. The full moon hangs low in the sky, washing everything with a pearly light. Well, everything except the boy standing alone on a nearby hill, his back to you; he shines enough on his own. Weird.
Dare you approach?

The boy glances over his shoulder, heavy-lidded red eyes sweeping over the Orks. His face is pale and pointed, his left cheek crossed by a deep scar. His body glows a faint pearly white, and one can almost see grass and starlight through him.
He cocks his head ever-so-slightly, but says nothing. |
