I tried so many times yesterday, and today, but it constantly refuses to let me log in, saying that it can't contact any servers (but, isn't there only one server?). It never did this before it stopped working, and now that it's working again, I don't know why it's refusing to let me log in still. I'm using the correct email and password I'm sure, but I thought maybe my password was wrong so I tried to reset it and again, it didn't let me connect to any servers. I made sure that my firewall lets GW through, so it's not that. |

I did, last night.
Although, judging by how fast I usually get email support, it's going to take about a month, no matter how fast it is for other people.
They say they take less then I day, I get it in a month.
Less then a week I get it in a year. It's just how things always work out for me. :< |

Oh wait, I just got the email.
But it says the same thing the Wiki says, that it's either my firewall, my modem, or my router.
Possibly my modem as we did get a new one... |

Yeah, me too, as I just tested my firewall by turning it off, it still doesn't work.
Now, what do I do if it's the modem? |

Okay, but what should I say? So I don't get the same thing I got already... Edit: I checked the email again that I got, and says that Netgear doesn't allow GW if it's a certain kind, and well, we use netgear. And my father would never, never, never, never, never do anything to it to allow blocked programs cause he thinks it blocks them cause it's harmful and he's so single minded, that nothing will ever persuade him to do otherwise.
So I can't do aything for this problem now. |

You could go onto the computer hooked up with the modem, and configure it so GW lets it through.
Or get a new router. Get your little sister to break it or something. |

lol I did something else
I modified the modem remotely with permission from my father (unexpected permission is unexpected), and now it's working. :D |
