Vaati was making the puppet do a silly dance.

The puppet was of the same size as Vaati.

Vaati moved his hands and the puppet casted a spell at a tree.

(This puppet is a creature Vaati can summon with a spell it is known as a Phantom Marionette)

[MetMan.EXE]

MetMan.EXE moved similarly and another tree caught fire.
"Well this isn't going well."
MetMan.EXE accidentally equipped FntmSwrd H.

[Lord Vaati]

Vaati moved his hands again but this time the puppet fell to the ground lifelessly.

Ratatosk strolls over. Oh God.

"Ah, but the best kind of puppet is the one whose strings you can't see at all~!"

Only those who could sense magic could see the strings which allowed Vaati to control the puppet by the movement of his hands.
