I think the actual worm has a timer in it to set off even if the computer is not connected to the internet. And, to prevent not activating from a computer with no powersource, they made it so the timer isn't one day, but rather activates on the one day, continuously being on on mode, meaning April 1st is when it starts.
And if they really did plan on making it April 1st, then damn they're smart, as about 25% of people would be like durrr it's just a joke and not even check.
I checked using a different kind of scanner that searches for it, and it came up as my computer being clean. o3o |

I seem to be able to go to websites that I've heard Conflicker blocks and multiple searches came up with nothing. I should be fine. |
