Cid, there's one real problem with this.
You never actually stated when this would end.
Is there a certain amount of members needed for the poll?
Is there a time limit for the days it can be open?
It's hard to prove a point when the point's end isn't defined.
That, and the fact that this is, quite literally, a popularity contest, something that, based on digi's past, this place doesn't need. |

Yes, but that was contained due to no one else being on/getting involved.
You're ASKING for people to get in on this, and asking for multiple opinons to clash at once when the last few times the site's members butted heads with eachother, it was half a day of chaos.

The main issues with popularity regarded member popularity, whereas this is about board popularity. If someone takes a topic about their favorite boards seriously, that's their own problem; it's like taking a topic about one's favorite games seriously.
Think of it as more of a "forum census." Or a "top ten places to take a vacation" contest. |
