There customer service, is amazing.
I was playing Super Mario Galaxy, rite? And I got the final 120th star. It was the garbage exploding mission on dreadnought. Once I finally beat it, I fought bowser yadda yadda ya. The final cut scene was showing and then... An error has occurred. Please consult the wii owner manual for- NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOHOHOHO. I looked ant the disk for any scratches, and then I saw a nice scratch around half of the disk. Perfectly round.
Mother fu-
So I knew the Wii did that. It was perfectly round! I was sad. I later looked at Wario ware Smooth Moves to see it's scratches because it gave me the same message.
More nice round scratches.
Wii play had the same thing. At this point we called Nintendo
GUESS WHAT.
They will repair the Wii, replace all the games tomorrow for free while we wait at the Mario cafe.
And the cool thing is that I'm going to Seattle tomorrow anyway, and the Nintendo Of America headquarters is close by, so I get to go to NOA, bitches.
TLDR: My wii is scratching disks randomly, so we called nintendo. They'll fix the wii and replace the broken things for free while we wait at the Mario Cafe.

Are you serious? OMFG, a TON of my games had round scratches on them, too! I'm going to do that.
Wait, PM me when you get your Wii fixed, and let me know if all the system memory is gone. I heard about PS3 memory getting deleted from repairs, so I want to know if the Wii repairs do that.

When I sent in my Wii to replace the Disk Drive, I got to keep my data. It will only get deleted if they replace the entire Wii. |

So wait, do I call the number that's like on the back of the original GameBoy, and things, or is there another number I could find somewhere?

I cragging love nintendo for that exact reason, Besides replacing my friend's DS 4 times, I tried to transfer my My Nintendo account, to Club Ninteno, but the Email account didn't esist anymore, and odd errors prevented me from changing it. I asked Nintendo, they sent me a message saying I'd have to call them, but then changed it anyway. |
