What about Wily Stage 3, Wily Stage 4, Wily, and the Endless Stage?
I voted Wily Stage 2 but the endless stage was a really well crafted piece for me. |

Most 8 Bit games have catchy music.
Hell, CHEETAH MEN had catchy music despite being a pile of suck.
Anyway, I rather like GalaxyMan's theme, with HornetMan as a close second. |
