k so
I'm planning on going to Anime Next in June
and I'm gonna make my own Maya Fey cosplay, easy since I can just cut my hair also.
then I gotta make my R2D2 costume for Halloween since I'm gonna be part of a Star Wars group
Then I wanna cosplay for the next Comic Con, so either I'm gonna reuse my R2, or maybe a TF2 costume.

If I were you, I'd go with the TF2 costume for Comic Con.
Depending on which class you're cosplaying as, you could probably arrange a good enough costume without any sewing (or other effort, for that matter) at all.
As for the other stuff.
