Somewhere in Dark Land Castle was a laboratory and within that lab was what appeared to be a robotic Koopa.

Though it seemed both unfinished and inactive, as it was covered in webs and dust.

There appeared to be no button or switch with which to activate it, though it might have been because it blended in with his body.
