Frame by frame is the only way I know how to animate. I'm retarded at Flash. :(
My critique: The fingers don't stay the same length. It sort of looks intentional on the pointer finger (shrinking antic before firing, to give it more impact) but on the thumb it just looks sorta weird. |

Tweening is really easy once you figure out how to do it.
Think of it as virtual puppeteering instead of animating.
Also thanks for the critique. |

The action is a little weird because the "bullet" is just going straight forward where as the hand is moving freely. And if you don't pay enough attention the "bullet" doesn't really look like it's coming from the fingarz. ): |

I'm not loving the hand too much. It deviates very, very far from the human hand to make a human gesture like that.
But if the cartoon hands transformed into a "sperm gun"...  |
