I bumped into an old friend I made in Anime Club about a year and a half ago. Turns out today was a meeting, so I decided to tag along since I had time to spare.
To my pleasant surprise, there were a lot of anime I never heard of such as a show involving "Bigfoot Basketball" and "Moon Eyes". Bigfoots were giant robots made out of cars to play basketball. Moon Eyes is a large luminous greater-advanced city on the Moon. Even greater was the fact that the club decided to have a "Make your own Sushi" thing. Most people made long-rolls (which I did too, but it was more like a sushi burrito, but with the rice, imitation crab meat, and salmon), but I also made some rice-balls with salmon in them. My hands were sticky has Hell, but it was great.
Club officially ended at 8 and I got home at 9. Dinner's currently ready, so after it I'll be eating one of the apple dumplings I got earlier today.
Oh! When I preordered Klonoa, I got a coupon for a free movie or game rental. Turns out the catch was that it was a rent one get one free rental deal. So I rented Robots and Nightmare Before Christmas, neither of which I can find in the house and the former the Blockbuster nearby no longer has. |

I forget that one's name, but I think it was Basqron or something.
A guy's friend mocked him for eating his sushi long-roll with one hand cupping the bottom (so things wouldn't fall out) and his other hand grasping the side. Poor guy was told it looked phallic. |
