School is cool because I have a ridiculous number of friends (not that I really talk to them out of school), awesome teachers, and slightly-above average grades (yay Bs). I found out that my already-awesome U.S. History teacher watches LOST, which makes her even more awesome because I love that show. Taking the bus isn't as miserable anymore because it's been getting to my stop earlier, but I've been feeling kind of unsafe when walking home because I am a paranoid person and don't carry a baton around with me.

It's somewhat more peaceful around here without my sister and her drama (as much as I hate to say it), and I still see my niece every weekend. She's so cute~ (: Despite her cuteness, it's hard to look at her because it reminds me that her own mother left her behind. Teenagers, what are you gonna do? Wait... Anyways, my mom and I are still bonding more since she drives me to school every morning and listens to me talk about my day every night, my step-dad's still mood-swingy as ever, my step-brother has a license and a girlfriend (awwwwww), my cats are still cuddly-wuddly, and my little brother is still irritating.

I've been writing and doodling more, and I feel more willing to express said, uh, art.

I'm pretty sure I've been losing weight. I think I look a little skinnier than I was when the year began. I'm still on the chubby side, and I still don't eat all that well or exercise as much as I could, but the more weight I lose, the more motivated I feel to keep losing weight. it makes me feel not-hopeless.

I beat Prinny again in less than an hour which makes me happy because I'm getting better at it.

School's almost over. I don't know if that's good or bad...I like school and hate it at the same time.

I get to go to the Dells, next weekend, I think. He~llo waterparks and fancy hotels! Unfortunately, we're leaving the same night as prom, which means I don't get to go there with all of my friends in a limo. Oh, well, I'm not one for social gatherings, anyways.

Tomorrow is the first day of May, which means I get to change the color schemes on the websites I go on, my computers, and stuff on my DS, PSP, and cell phone to purple. Changing the color of things is very exciting for me.

There's a lot of bad things about my life right now (my sister moving and leaving my niece behind, my family being mood-swingy, my grades not being where they could, some of my friends being irritating lately, I feel like I'm losing my 'uniqueness' in order to go with the flow, I've been more self-critical, the weather sucks, swine flu is coming, my skin is still a meanie as usual, I'm still a fatty, my dad lost his job and they (dad + step-mom and half-brother) are trying to sell their house, step-mom and half-brother moved to hawaii for some reason, internet's still pretty slow and boring, I can't figure out what the *crag* to do with my $20, etc.), but I don't think they outweigh the good things. Most people, even on this website, have lives that are way, way worse than mine, and I'm grateful that I've got what I've got.

Sure, it could be better, but it could also be worse.
