I know this is a noobish question but how do i shot web use a name tag? I want to change my name to Edward Elric but am not sure how to use the name tag. or any item for that matter~that guy with a gun |

Doesn't someone have that name already, or had it at one point? I think it was Naruto actually, but I can't remember. Either way, a nametag should allow it even if someone else has the name.
