History: Brian grew up alone, homeless. His mother abandoned him at the age of 7. He is a timid person, though optimistic, and usually shy. He opens up and confides to his over-grown pet Venus-Flytrap, Richard, however.

He found a discarded letter while dumpster-diving, and found the vial of the Water of Life inside, along with instructions. He put massive amounts of a plant toxin in his blood, then fused himself with a tree.

[The letter was discarded by someone else, and he hadn't ingested the Water of Life until after the opening ceremonies.]
