On Tuesday of my track meet I ran the 400. I was in first place until to last 50ms cuz I died at the end, and came in second. Right after I felt horrible. My head hurt, I couldn't move and I was gunna hurl. Usually that doesn't happen.
My brother thought it was because I worked myself too hard, but I still feel like barfing everywhere I go, and I'm really tired even after sleeping all day. ):

I know that feeling all too well. Happens a LOT to people after running a 400... it really gets nasty after running two 400s in the same meet, trust me. Drink lotsa water and whatnot. Bananas also help, at least for me. |

thats why track is a killer. one minute your first, then the next you die.

It's from pushing yourself to hard, happened me today since we had to run a 300m dash today in gym for the fitness test. Just lay down or something, it'll go away. |

But I've had it for 3 days. ):
Yeah, I didn't eat that much before the race, that was probably another reason, along with pushing too hard. |
