I rethought a robot concept I that I had thought up about a year ago. It's heavily inspired by MegaMan, specifically CrashMan(Armor), MetalMan(Markings) and NapalmMan(Weapon).
3N Series Model DUR3(Commonly pronounced as "endure") is a robot made by an intergalactic empire, and is the basis for future models of robots. DUR3 is equipped with stout missile launchers in place of hands, which are only made explosive upon leaving the launching mechanisim. This model also is heavily armored against heavy impacts, allowing it to fire at close range with minimal damage, effectively giving it the power to throw explosive punches. However, it's eye isn't well armored, and an unknown defect in the 3N series requires it to temporarily expose it's core to vent a biproduct of constant energy usage. Although it's been discovered to be dangerous to non shielded equipment, this leaves it open to permenant internal damage, and continued attacks will destroy it. |

uh yeah I agree
I know you're going to say something along the lines of "IT'S MY STYLE, I DON'T NEED TO SHADE!" Style doesn't really make a difference with shading, if you have more of a cartoony style, then you could use some simple cell shading, or if you're going for something more realistic, you'd probably have the shading more blended and have some textures on there. Trust me here, shading makes your pictures look a hell of a lot better, and I'm not talking about just a little slight bit of one shade either. You should try to get at least 2 shades and 2 high lights. I'm sure your pictures would look TONS better, and you'd get more commments and stuff. |

When I put that "(Concept)" the picture is just a loose illustration. The text is what matters.
If that "(Concept)" is not there, It's the picture that matters.
I'm not ignoring the criticisim, but you seem to be ignoring what I just said. |

You almost never shade in all of your pictures though ): And when you do shade, you put very little. D: And I didn't ignore what you said. I guess it's alright that it's just a concept, but we'd like to see some attempt at shading in more of your pictures...you have some great designs and stuff, but I really think some nice shading would make your pictures stand out more. I'm not saying you HAVE to shade, I just thought I'd make a suggestion. |

You're not ignoring it, you're just making up lame excuses. |
