Well if that (By That I mean the DSi thing) I would've returned it as well, and if I didn't get my money back at once (Which they didn't, but later they did) some serious shit would've bound to go down.

Probably Lawsuit. lol.

The main point in the lawsuit would probably be fraud, theft, and tampering with product. lols.
