No. If we have normal posting AND a quick reply, then MORE bandwidths would be used.
If we only had the quick reply, than less would be nommed, but no site has a quick reply and no normal reply.

If we ONLY had a quick reply, less bandwidths would be nommed. However, if we kept the normal reply and ADDED a quick reply, then more would be nommed.

The ease of posting will cause people to post more often, killing more Bandwidths.
But the reduced amount of refreshing will kill less Bandwidths. |

He's saying when people post into a topic, people click the topic to see the new response. But with Digibeta, You can see the new response without wasting the bandwidth. |
