All pokemon are IV bred. I don't feel like giving the Ev's, but just know they're Ev trained.
Salamence: Jolly: Life Orb
Outrage
Roost
Earthquake
Fire Blast
Outrage for Stab, Earthquake for Type coverage, Roost for healing, and Fire Blast for Skarmory, Bronzong, Metagross, Etc.
Togekiss: Calm: Leftovers
Thunder Wave
Air Slash
Aura Sphere
Roost
Your basic Flinch Togekiss. Paralyze them, then Air Slash away. With Serene Grace, the opponent only has a 30% chance to with with Paralysis and Flinching taken into consideration.
Porygon2: Bold: Leftovers
Ice Beam
Thunderbolt
Recover
Toxic/Thunder Wave (I can't decide)
With Trace, Porygon2 can switch into many threats such as Salamence and Gyrados, trace Intimidate, and cut their attack. It can also Trace Water Absorb, Flash Fire, Etc.

Waterfall
Earthquake
The basic Swampert Lead minus Ice Punch. Ehh...
Scizor: Adamant: Life Orb
X-Scissor
