It's not really that stupid. If law enforcement authority tells you to do something you do it. She was warned beforehand that she had to use the rail bars and she didn't listen to the police. Why shouldn't she get fined? |

Was there any written signs saying "you must hold onto rails (enforced by law)"? If not, then they cannot do this. They do not do things like this anywhere else. No where. Who the hell do they think they are? They have no right to infringe upon a citizens choices.
Unless of course it is written down as a rule. In that case, as stupid as it is, go law. |
