I still have no idea what the squad function actually does. I chose "start in open squad" once and I was paired up with some random people. I could see their locations, but whatever else it actually does, I don't know. Is that it? ФֻФ |

You can spawn next to a squad member. Also, if you press select while looking at a flag, you will tell your squadmates to attack/defend that point. |

I know that shit, but I still don't know anything about air strikes or how to launch them or how you even *crag* get them.
It's all very confusing. |

On every map, usually near whichever point is called Airfield, there's a small bunker with some satellites on top. If the air raid is ready, it'll prompt you to enter if you're standing in front of the door. You can then control 3 planes at once and drop a shitload of bombs on one spot. Try it out in the tutorial; it's near Airfield in Wake Island, very close to one of the cliffs. ФֻФ |

I think the availability of air-strike is just based on time. When it announces that it is ready, anyone can go into the air-raid bunker and launch the bombers. |

A little off-topic: I've played the demo of 1943 and I love it. Should I buy the whole game or is the demo all the game has to offer? Should I just wait for Bad Company 2, since it's probably on the same engine?
EDIT: Also, $15 for a PSN game seems a little expensive... |

If you loved the trial, you will continue loving it. So yes, buy it. ФֻФ |
