...They're referring to the Item coined as "Disguise Kit" You can buy it from the shop, (using the currency gained from posting in forums other than "Off-Topic" and "Role Playing Off-Topic") which allows you to type a post, but change who your post appears as...
...If I used my disguise kit, I could Type Your name, shyleader, in the "Disguised as Who..." box and my post would have your user name, your avatar, your signature and everything, so It would look like you would have been the person posting that certain post...
