PSP has intrigued me with their stunning new game announcements this year and I've been pondering getting one for some time.
I'm debating whether I should get a 3000 or a Go.
-The 3000 has all of the UMD games, but it's very clunky and all of the good UMD games will probably be available for download in the future.
-The Go is more portable like a cell-phone, it won't have the original UMD games right off the bat, and is very pricey.
I really like the size of the Go because I could just carry it wherever and play which is pretty much what a portable "console" is meant for.
Price won't really matter much because I'm just going to ask my parents for it for Christmas. Whether it'll still be a factor in their decision on whether to get me one or not is the question.

I would say 3000.
The Go is great and all, but you can get all the downloadable games on the 3000 and still play UMDs.
Though I say this when I'm probably getting a Go anyway.
I'm just worried some of the better titles won't come out on download. |

I'm not modding it. The only thing that I might want to mod it for is Adhoc Party, but Sony hinted at the possibility of it coming to the US.
Also, I just remembered the Go comes with about 16GB of memory unlike the 3000 which you have to buy seperate memory sticks for. |

Actually, the 3000 doesn't seem that clunky. I can put it in my pocket and take it wherever I go comfortably. |
