We could put it on the thread and each person who posts gets damaged or can't post again.
Or...
You could use the item on a person and it would bounce back and hurt you too. |

It could also be quite annoying. Especially on popular topics. I'd make it cost 50 coins. |

Okay, here is my idea.
Bumper
Use it on a post, and all of the following posters will sustain 5 damage. Bumper breaks after 24 hours or 20 replies. |

Duration: 24 hours or 15 replies.
Damage: 3 HP.
No notification of its usage, except to users who posted during its effect.
Only usable outside of prison, the Dump, and the Underwhere. (Besides, only Life Shrooms can be used in the UW, and no items in prison.) |

But if it won't be used in The Dump, then how will we make a Bumper Topic? It wouldn't be a discussion of any kind, so we can't do it in General Discussion. |
