The good posts = level-up idea is a really good one. Maybe for every five "excellent" posts (the definition is up to Francis), you get a level-up that alternates between +5 HP and +1 MP. It could also be a level-up every 10,000 points as well. Also, it should be user-by-user, so spammers don't benefit from the good posting of others.
