That's the name of the card game that I created so many years ago, to be played at the forums that I administrate. It's called the GD-VCG (GameDome Virtual Card Game), and it's been around since 2004. If you're actually interested, I can post the rules of the game here. Now, these cards are made upon 300x300 color-coded templates... right now I'll show you some SPM-themed cards that were recently made (seven total). The game has over 600 different cards to collect and wage battle with. I wrote the rules to the game. Note that the green cards are Fighter Cards, which are the key cards that you use, to do battle with your opponent's Fighters. The purple one is a Protection Card, which is like an optional side-card to assist you with effects in battle. Anyway, here they are:

I won't play it so I don't care either way, but it's a nice project. |

When I make cards, I use the GIMP (GNU Image Manipulation Program). It's free, and relatively easy for me to use. |

Flavio has the GIMP, though Flavio accidently x'd out on the left panel, and lost a few options. Flavio's been unable to find them sense.
Do you mind if Flavio tries to make a card like this? |

Do you have the link to download it? For animations, I used Adobe ImageReady, but it's not an efficient program for that alone. |

You can try, sure. Here are a few more cards (one of each of the game's card types):
Fighter:
Event:
Power Event:
Protection:

I know what you mean. They're large and square-shaped. But it's easy to fit all information essential to the game on them, and people have accepted it over at my forum. We've gotten used to it, and we trade and sell and use them like they were cards. Every card is saved as a nonclickable emoticon, so you can display them there with codes. For example, if you wanted to play Dimentio on your turn...
"I send out my first Fighter:"
:Dimentio:
... And it would show up in the post like any other smiley. We've never bothered to break away from the old-school design (except make it look much nicer with color templates; it all used to be just black squares), because we've actually grown accustomed to it. |

Since you asked... GameDome II
Basically, an entire section is dedicated to the game. Here's an example, by the way, of what some of our older cards looked like:
