Hmmm... The Tippi wings and antenae help represent the SPM and digital butterfly forums... The hair color is something I'd expect from an anime character, so that covers the anime forum... Being chibi and having the blush helps with cute... she has breasts (no matter how small)...

Hmmm... also has Tippi wings... The green hair and sailor uniform has the anime forum covered pretty well... It's hard to say no to those eyes... nice chest...
