Does it have to be exactly? Can it be less?
I also can't seem to get the pic to be transparent.

I may have the solution to both problems: you MUST save the image to your computer and upload the image from there! In other words, no copy and pasting! |

The file must be a JPG, GIF, or PNG and saved on your computer. That goes for both banners and item images. |

The image is .gif, and it's already on my computer since I animated it myself. |

What error message does it say when you try to use the image?
(It should tell you why it didnt work)
The filesize is probably too big. |

It doesn't have an error message, in fact it uploads completely normally, the image just doesn't change. |
