really I think the dump needs to stay right like it is, or a SPAM forum needs to be made, because then digibutter loses many many posts. |

I remember reading about how 4chan's /b/ was handled. I think they had it to where every post there was forced to be anonymous and the freedom to post almost anything was put alongside the freedom of the mods to use their mod powers however they wished. |

Just give mods permission to use whatever mod powers they have on the posts in the dump (on the posts, not the posters), and maybe have a random dump mod of the day or something and I'm sure that the dump will reach an equilibrium of sorts. |
