When you have Luigi go get stomped within 1 HP of his game-over, then you warp back to Flipside, go to the Underwhere, and jump in the fountain. (Not guilty; I did it with Bowser because he got Back Cursyaed in the Bitlands... twice!) |

you try to flip into 3d using peach, luigi, or bowser.
Or...
You're in 3d and you try to stay in 3d when switching characters.
(I'm guilty of this one, but it was a lack of thinking I swear!)

when you play the underchomp and you have picolo but you didnt use him because you didnt help the hags to find out and found a large block with picolo on it and didnt care |
