Well I live in Washington (Microsoft AND Nintendo) So I would go with 360. I really despise Sony because of their stupid competition with Nintendo. Sony stinks. |

This is a really tough question, but I'm with Popple on this one. Reasons being that it has the best graphical capabilities, the Blu-Ray discs allow for more game content, its really cheap for a Blue-Ray player, and it has great franchises coming to it (I'm especially excited for FF XIII). |

Also, Sony barely has any good game serieses that are for Sony only. All their good games are usually multi-platform.
360, however, has Halo games. Halo is possibly the best party game ever, second only to SSBM and pausing to take pictures of when you have the two fighting characters in a risque pose. XDDD
(BTW I love how some people on this board use crag as a swear censor.) |

360.
Costs less, and IMO has the better exclusives.
I don't give a damn about Blu-Ray, I get video game consoles to play video games, not watch movies. |

I do like the home concept and the psp connectivity,
but Xbox 360 to me has a great online and more games I like. |

I've only owned Nintendo systems, HOWEVER, If I absolutely had to choose between getting a 360 or a PS3, I would choose the 360, 'cuz it's basically better. |

That's me too, but last year I had a gamecube and an xbox (mostly for GTA haha)
Yeah.. that was a bad year.
I bought like four games for each system.
This time I'm only having one console and I chose that to be the Wii.
Which I already have ten games for so I'm pretty content.
The other two cost way to much money.
Consoles are about playing games, not features.
And nintendo realizes that and makes software features that are usually free anyways.
Plus I'm glad the wii doesn't have a dvd player because honestly I have never used the dvd player on my xbox. |

For me it is PS3? Why you ask? Because it is a Blue Ray player which is slowly but surely becoming the new format, it has franchises I like such as Ratchet and Final Fantasy, and it has great new prospects for the future with things like Home and Little Big Planet. Though I'm sure E3 might change this view.

The PS3 is NOT a gaming console. It's a horribly made computer that tries to make up for being a horribly made computer by promising to play a few good games that are also going to be available for the 360 and a bunch of crappy games. Even the President and CEO of Sony said that the PS3 is not a gaming console. |
