PM2 is my fave. SPM is good too, but I would have preferred another RPG over an adventure game.
Which is funny because I usually don't like RPGs at all. Paper Mario and Pokemon are the only exceptions. :P

Super Paper Mario's awesome gameplay and story made it the best. The worst one was the second one, since it was pretty much Paper Mario, except, like ALL true sequels, not as good.

I haven't played Thousand Year Door, but the first one was my favorite because of the turn based combat.

SPM was probably my favorite because I like platformers better than RPGs ,it was funner(is that a word?)to play, and I didn't want to skip the fights(admit it, we all ran around the enemies to avoids fights quite often in the first two). I'm not sure which of the first 2 were better though...

Meh...

The chapters were shorter, the bosses were easier, yadda yadda yadda.

They all come pretty close to each other. I'd say SPM > TTYD = PM.

Well, late in the game they are (Especially chapter 8 of Paper Mario). If not I can still beat chapter 5's boss of both game with 10 Hp and 10 Fp.

I can even beat Magnus Von Grapple 2.0 with a max HP of 5, using a lot of badges... so yeah, TTYD is a little too easy.

(And yeah, it's possible to lower your max HP to 5 using Chet Rippo).

But I must say I can even beat flipside's pit of 100 trial after chapter 2, starting with a Max Hp of 25 and an attack of 3 in SPM. So...
