In Forest of Illusion three. You got to be in Super Mario (or Luigi) and go in the last green pipe (The one with the Dragon Coin very next to it).

The Forest of Illusion is a royal pain in the ass. You might just want to look it up on GameFAQs or something, truthfully. Especially if you're going for 100%. Razz
