I said theese were examples.
But more seriously, sure Mario can talk in the cartoon, because Nintendo aren't the ones who made them. |

If Yoshi's Island shows that Mario and Luigi were born inside the Mushroom Kingdom, then how are they Italian? ;>> ;<< ;>> ;<< |

There is a whole lot of contraversy on that subject.
It seems that they were born somewhere, and they were transported all the way to Italia.
Then (reffering to Mario Bros.), later in life, they went to Brooklyn, New York, and became plumbers here.
Then (reffering to the Mario Bros movie) they found a portall to the Mushroom Kingdom or something...
Well, it would be nice to have an Official story, though... |

He doesn't talk because he's a pokemanz.
He wants you to show everyone him. |

My um.. theory is that Mario and Luigi speak italian because their parents are from the Grand Canal (Mario Party 7) and that's all they spoke around the house... And Mario's just the strong silent type, luckily he always has somebody around to speak for him... |
