I'm thinking that people are posting in Off-topic just to earn coins. Especially with the posts that make no sense, or are just random polls about nothing.
I might bring it back if things calm down.
EDIT: Coins are now back, but off-topic is now reserved for real discussion. Everything else should go into The Dump.
