I think it's just going to drive away people, because it's trying to degrade Microsoft. Which is retarded... When you make a commercial, you try to make yours look better, not make the others look worse.

"Hello, I'm a Mac."

"And I'm a PC."

"Hey PC, what're you doing?"

"Playing Half-Life 2. It's a fun game."

"Oh? I can do that too...sorta."

"Technically, Mac, you have to BECOME me to do this."

How are you going to use iTunes to make weapons? Would it be like those annoying greeting cards?

HOLY CRAP!

...I just downloaded iTunes (I'll delete it soon) so I could see it.

...I can't believe the stupidity of some of the lines in this user agreement.

"6. Termination. This License is effective until terminated. Your rights under this License will terminate automatically without notice from Apple if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this License. Upon the termination of this License, you shall cease all use of the Apple Software and destroy all copies, full or partial, of the Apple Software."

I'm praying that this condition is not on anything else. It means, if Apple feels like it, they can arrest you for piracy as soon as you download a song, and pay for it.
