Could be common names among Shamans, maybe... Though the Merlon in uh TTYD looks an aweful lot like the Merlon from SPM... |

I think merlon talks about his ancestors in SPM.

I know Merlon and all his friends/family members in PM1 had the tendency to tell a long rambling story as some sort of running gag, and I know that the blue one at the end of 1-4 (I forget her name) does that too, but is there any Merl-person in TTYD that does that? o_O; |

The names are explained, you know. In the tribe of the various Merlons and Merlees, members are names according to their jobs and abilities. So the cryptic wise-ass is Merlon, the random enchantress who's spells never work when you need them is Merlee and... dunno who Merluvlee is xD. |
