People say that Manaphy Breed, and it's Legendary, so Rotom must be Legendary. WRONG! Manaphy doesn't breed other Manaphys, it makes Phiones. Rotom makes other Rotom. IMO I think Rotom is a new Species created by the Ghost Energy from all the Gastly, and the Electricity from the TV. They came together and created Rotom, but there wasn't enough electricity remaining in the TV to create another Rotom, but still enough that the TV could remain on. Rotom soon became lonely, and wanted other Rotom to play with. The TV being on is what Rotom uses so it can appear on the TV screen at night hoping a brave kid would check it out, so it could finally be free if the Kid opens up the TV it could play with him, and it can Breed and spread Rotom across the world. One night it got bored so it used all of its Energy to try and get through the TV. It did, and appeared right in front of a Pokemon Trainer who then caught it. So now it waits for the Pokemon Trainer to die so it and a Ditto can spread Rotoms across the world.
Sound a little farfetched, but that's my Theory. That Rotom's creation was never meant to be. |

Sudowoodo is only available in Pearl, as is bonsly, except through the mansion in Diamond. But, just because there's only one of the pokemon doesn't automatically make it legendary or semi-legendary. You have to consider the location of the pokedex page. Legendaries are always near the bottom. |

Actually, I believe the legendaries start around 480. I have both Leafeon and Glaceon, and they aren't close enough.

then that would mean only 3 pokemon are legendaries. and they're not obtainable in a game without an event at all. |

Lemme correct that. I thought that Rotom was 490. I have bad memory, so don't get mad. Maybe it isn't a legendary, but it DOES have its own factor on Serebii (Ok, so does spiritomb, but it's hard to get). I, for one think that since it's a harder to get pokemon that's only available after the nat. dex like Heatran, Cresselia, and Giratina, it's classified as a sort of legendary/common pokemon hybrid. |

agreed, but Serebii is a really bad website. It's confusing and the grammar sucks and there's often no periods. I prefer pokemon.marriland.com or veekun.com, though the second one I know the webmaster of.. <_< It still has the best dex Ive seen :3 and the colors aren't ugly like serebii |
